I love, love, LOVE this pedometer. I have owned many other brands and styles and no other has been as accurate or easy to use. Easy to operate (?), set up and read, I like being able to see the kcal burned, miles walked, steps taken, and how many steps were aerobic. The software that comes with the unit is easy to use as well. I recommend backing up the data at least once a week, which is also very easy to do. I love this pedometer so much, I bought one for my husband.
I do not review products very often, but I have to say that this one has made a HUGE difference in my life.
I started taking HCH [Hydroxycut Hardcore] in April. I was 125 lbs, 5'1". I lost 19 lbs by July, and I look and feel like freshman year in highschool plus some breasts and hips.

before i started on this diet pill, i was losing 2 lbs. per 10 days. after i started the pills i averaged 5 lbs. per 10 days. i wont stop now until my goal is reached of 100 lbs, so far i am at 12 lbs and i weigh in again in four days...
I compared this body fat monitor to similar ones from Tanita. You are definately getting more for your money here. It stores up to 4 users where the Tanita models only store 2 and compares function for function elsewhere at a lower price point. Not to mention that this scale just feels like better quality when you pick it up. I bought one with one of the Omron Pedometers to take advantage of the instant rebate on Amazon. (I haven't seen an event on Tanita on Amazon for a while.) The pedometer was the #1 rated in CR. They are both top notch products.
I am certainly no expert on the subject of pedometers, or anything else electronic, truth be told. On the other hand, I have purchased and used several different models, from several different companies and manufacturers, all at different prices and all with different features. I have also researched these things, both here on Amazon and other points of purchase and talking to friends. This Omron is by far the best. It actually functions precisely as it's makers say it will. I found the set up to be quite easy (even for a electronic dolt like myself) and found the directions to be quite comprehensive. My wife and I both tested this thing and found it to be the most accurate of the several we have used in the past. I did not feel the cost was particularly high when compaired to what you get (I have found you pretty much get what you pay for and if you purchase a pedometer for $5.95, that is just about what you will get). The unit is quite attractive and offers a number of ways to carry and attach it to yourself. I must admit, that I first purchased this for my wife, when I found how well it worked, I purchased a second one for myself. These gadgets are great motivators and can be a real eye opener. I also appreciate the other reviewers here, their reviews were the final push I needed to decide on this particular item. I highly recommend this one.
I started taking Fucothin in mid-Sept 2007 along with my low sodium meal plan & lost 18 pounds effortlessly by Halloween. Skipped it for several weeks over the holidays, and put on 8 pounds!! I just started taking it again less than 2 weeks ago with my low sodium meal plan and lost the 8 pounds - now going forward for the rest of the winter. My energy is noticeably better when taking Fucothin & I have to force myself to eat some days. Drink lots of water & the weight comes off faster. I recommend this product wholeheartedly. Just wish the price was lower, but look for free shipping & it's worth it.
I started using Lida the day after I received it. Very fast shipping by the way. I lost 6 lbs in the first 4 days I took it. However the sleeplessness is so bad I'm taking a day off so I can get some rest. I have been taking it at 7:45 every morning and don't end up going to sleep until about 2 a.m. I don't really have the dry mouth problem everyone else has been talking about, but I have noticed my lips are dry. Also my favorite lip balm has taken on a funny odor and flavor. (side effect?) I'm a huge sweets person and this has helped tremendously! My husband and I went out to eat last night and I probably ate a quarter of what I ususally do and skipped my usual dessert. That made me very excited, but the lack of sleep is concerning. I do work out almost everyday so that might be helping with the weight loss. Tomorrow I'll try taking it as early in the morning as I can and hopefully I'll be able to sleep that night. i started this product on friday the 23 of may i have lost 3 pounds so far i only do a 30 min workout on my elliptial in the morning five days a week, i have so much more energy now , i eat less, and i feel really good in the morning and thats a big thing for someone like me who is not a morning person. i thought i would be running to the bathroom doing alot of number two's but so far so good iam little more regular but i do alot of peeing so maybe its removing the water weight off first. im really excited to see how much more weight i will continue to lose this month this stuff really works. 3 pounds and counting.......................
I started taking alli 3 days ago and today was the first time I noticed anything different happening with my body. First, I had to go to the bathroom really bad after my breakfast+alli and there were floating drops of fat. Then, I cannot stop passing really nasty smelling gas, and I'm continuously afraid to pass gas for fear I will pass something more. However, seeing the fat come out kind of makes me happy. Fat is good for you, but I don't mind sending a bit of it down the shute. This experiment is pretty cool so far. And it does make me watch what I eat a little more. But make sure you don't just eat empty carbs now, you still need your complex carbs, your lean meat and your veggies and fruits. That's my goal. I know this is kind of gross, but it's an honest review from someone who is using this pill. I also checked out [...] for info about orlistat before starting. You should do it too. Especially pay attention to metabolism, interactions and adverse events.
This is definetly more than expected for the price. I think that the accuracy of +/- half cm as discuss in other reviews is more dependable on your ability to place the tape over the exact part of your body rather than a mechanical problem of the myotape itself. It will be an excellent purchase as long as you remember it was cheap and try it gently. My recommendation, as you pull the tape make yourself sure to pressure the bottom to avoid breaking the internal machinery.
I will recommended this product to anyone with a limited budget and a desire to measure their workout achievements.
